I was in charge of Easter dessert for the Graham family Easter get together and I decided to try a new cake. It was a Raspberry White Cake. It turned out really yummy!
8” round cakes cooling
Take one round cake and place it on a plate
Take raspberry pie filling and spread on top of the first round cake
Place second round cake on top
I enjoy watching “Jon and Kate Plus 8” while baking/cooking
Take a pint of whipping cream and beat until it peaks
Mix in the rest of the raspberry pie filling into beated whipping cream and cream together.
Spread mousse frosting on to cake.
Take fresh raspberries and….
fresh sliced lemons and decorate top of cake
Cake all done and decorate!
